To provide fast and effective technical support, we use Splashtop, a secure remote access tool that allows our team to temporarily connect to your computer and assist you directly.
How to Get Started

Download Splashtop SOS from the official link:

Run the downloaded application (no installation required).

Once launched, you will see a 9-digit access code displayed on your screen.

Provide this code to our support team when requested.
How It Works

Splashtop SOS creates a temporary, secure connection between your computer and our support technician.

The session is only active while the application is running and only with your permission.

We can view your screen and, if needed, control your mouse and keyboard to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently.

Once the session ends or the app is closed, access is automatically terminated.

Each session uses a unique, one-time 9-digit code.
