Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.
SHIPPING FEES
When free shipping is offered for a product, it applies only to orders shipped within the contiguous United States (US48). Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, and all international destinations do not qualify for free shipping.
All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.
For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order, in addition to any published or communicated production lead times for products that are not in stock. INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
We offer international shipping to most countries; however, all shipments must comply with applicable U.S. export control laws and regulations, including those administered by the U.S. Department of Commerce (BIS) and the U.S. Department of the Treasury (OFAC). We cannot ship to countries, regions, individuals, or organizations subject to U.S. sanctions or export restrictions.

The Axion Scanner and its accessories are manufactured to meet applicable U.S. laws and regulatory requirements. They may or may not meet the technical, safety, or compliance standards of other countries.
Although international shipping is available, CUImaging does not handle import permits, customs documentation, product certification, or regulatory approvals required outside the United States.
Buyers are solely responsible for:

Paying all duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and customs charges
CUImaging currently has no authorized distributors, service infrastructure, or warranty facilities outside the United States. International buyers are responsible for managing any import-related obligations and arranging service needs accordingly.
Please note that we may be subject to various rules and restrictions for certain international destinations, and you may incur additional taxes or duties beyond our control.
DELAYS
If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
