Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your order. If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help. Please review the policy below for details on returns, exchanges, and refunds.
RETURNS – GENERAL CONDITIONS
All return requests must be initiated within thirty (30) days of the original purchase date.
Return eligibility depends on the reason for return, as outlined below.
ELIGIBLE RETURN REASONS
1. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
Items that are defective, damaged during shipping, or shipped incorrectly are eligible for return or exchange even if the packaging has been opened or the item has been briefly used for inspection or testing.

The issue must be reported within 30 days of purchase.

We may request supporting documentation (such as photos, videos, or a written description) to verify the issue before approving a return.

Once verified, we will provide an RMA and return instructions.

For approved defect, damage, or fulfillment-error returns, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label, or alternate return instructions as applicable.
2. Non-Defective / Change-of-Mind Returns
For returns not related to a defect, damage, or fulfillment error, the following conditions apply:

Items must be unopened, unused, and in new condition

All original packaging materials, accessories, tags, and labels must be intact

Items showing signs of use, installation, modification, or wear are not eligible for return
These returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25% of the original invoiced price.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs for non-defective returns.
RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return, please email contact@cuimaging.com
to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Returns sent without an approved RMA will not be processed and may be refused or returned to sender.
Once an RMA is issued:

Securely package the item, preferably using the original packaging

Include any required return documentation

Ship the item to the address provided in the RMA instructions
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as CUImaging is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
If a prepaid return label is provided, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to a verified defect or fulfillment error.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Once your return is received and inspected:

Approved refunds or exchanges will be processed within fourteen (14) calendar days

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed

You will receive email confirmation once processing is complete
Refund amounts may be adjusted to reflect:

Applicable restocking fees

Deducted return shipping costs (if applicable)
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain items may be non-returnable due to their nature (e.g., custom orders, special-order items, or items explicitly marked as non-returnable at time of purchase). Any such exclusions will be clearly stated at the time of sale.
