Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

 

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original packaging materials, tags and labels attached.

 

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at contact@cuimaging.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA will not be processed and may be refused or returned to sender. After receiving an RMA, securely place the item in its original packaging along with the completed return form, and mail your return to the address provided with the RMA instructions.

 

Please note the following:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defective or damaged product or a shipping/fulfillment error on our part. In such cases, we may request supporting documentation, such as photos, videos, or a detailed description, to verify the issue before approving an RMA.

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return.

  • You may opt to use the prepaid shipping label included with your RMA. If you do, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

  • Returns due to reasons other than a defective or damaged product or a shipping/fulfillment error on our part may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%.

 

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least ten (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

 

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

 

     ●     scanning services

     ●     product repair services

     ●     product upgrade services
